Matt has been training me for about 3 months. I started Matt's Bootcamp in order to add some strength training to the cardio training I was already doing.
It has worked out really well. I have gotten much stronger and fitter since starting bootcamp. I enjoy the informal nature of Matt's sessions. Starting a fitness regime can be daunting but training with Matt has never made me feel overwhelmed or intimidated. It's always been really fun and relaxed and I really enjoy it.

I was able to hire him as my personal trainer for two weeks on a trip to Mexico in the month of January, and was very pleased not only with the result of training, but with the positive and the professional attitude of Matt.
